Meet Nemo
This dashing young lad found himself alone by a busy road and somehow managed to find a way in the cow shoot at the fabulous Riverside Veterinary Hospital.
They brought him in, posted him and no one came forward so they asked if we could accept him into Cookies Country, and of course, we said yes.
Nemo is about 5 months old. Breed unknown. If you would like to sponsor a DNA test for Nemo, we have a link to DNA My Dog at the bottom of our page.
Nemo has been fully vetted and is up to date on vaccines.
Nemo has some of the largest puppy feet I have ever seen!
They are webbed too!
He has done remarkably well coming in and meeting everyone. He is quite in love with Billy Bob Thorton, the kitten.
Nemo would greatly benefit with someone who will have the time and patience to work with him thru his puppy phase and get a structured routine.
Nemo is your average puppy with puppy energy. He loves to play and go for walks but he also enjoys snuggle time.

Freja is sister to Trebbie. They have not had a good start to life. Freja is very shy and timid. She looks to Trebbie for safety and direction. She is not one you can leash walk. She has never been away from her sister.
I would love to be able to find a rescue with more resources or a trainer to help break Freja of her walls she has built.

Trebbie is much more outgoing and freer spirited than Freja.
She will run like the wind and fly out the doggie door to head outside but Freja stays behind for me to open the door for her.
Trebbie is not a fan of a leash either.
They kennel well.

This girl is an absolute sweetheart!!!
Meet KiraThis girl was found as a stray. Her foster mom says she is good with dogs, kids, and people in general. She has a lot of energy and likes to play tug of war. She enjoys swimming and dock jumping retrieves great out of the pool.

Pibbles was saved from Russell County-Phenix City Animal Shelter (Alabama).
She is very Dog friendly and loves water straight from the hose.
She has not had any reaction to small dogs on the other side of the fence.
She enjoys sunbathing and rolling in the dirt after a bath.
Her best friends are Gigi & Mason.
She crates herself.
She absolutely loves car rides!
